BENEDICT CORONEL

After finishing his degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, Ben immediately began working as an Architectural Apprentice for an architectural firm. He was also part of the team that won the design competition for a mega church along Ortigas Avenue corner C5 road in Pasig City, Philippines. After 2 years of post-graduate experience he took and passed the Philippine Architecture Licensure Examination. From there onwards he worked on various local projects as an architect.

In 2009, he went to Singapore to work on an array of developments; from Universal Studios Singapore to a commercial building along Orchard Road and a host of government agency projects. Working with various companies and MNC has given him a holistic experience in the built environment.

Now in Guam, a US Territory, Ben has gained experience in client relations, proposals, programming, design & code, project management, construction administration and estimates.
